2:00 pm- makeup artist, photographer and videographer arrive on location

2:30 pm- bride, bridesmaids, groom, groomsmen begin getting ready

5:00 pm- wedding party pictures

5:30 pm- Food vendor arrives on location to set up. Cocktail hour food is to be out at 6:45pm and the reception food is to be out by 8:15pm

5:30-5:45- guest begin to arrive

6:00 pm -wedding ceremony begins

6:30 pm- DJ and band arrive on location to set up

7:00 pm- Family Pictures with the wedding party- other guest are to go and change clothes if they like for the reception. Others may stay for cocktail hour

9:30 pm- Couple’s first dance, Father Daughter dance and Mother Son Dance.

9:45 pm-12 am- party!

Classic rock, R&B oldies, and classic country music is to be played for the duration of reception
